What are your shipping costs?

When you spend over £25 on your order delivery is completely free! Small parcel shipping £1.90. Standard shipping £3.65. 

How long will my order take to arrive?

All orders are carefully packaged by hand. Processing times are usually 3–5 business days before shipping. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, I do not currently ship internationally. 

What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?

Please contact me through the website or email with your order number, and I’ll look into it for you as soon as possible.

Do you accept returns?

Returns may be accepted on non-custom items within a set number of days after delivery, provided the item is unused and in original condition.

Can I return personalised items?

Unfortunately, personalised or custom-made items cannot usually be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can help resolve the issue quickly.

What materials do you use?

My jewellery is made using silver plated metal and carefully selected coastal-inspired materials such as genuine sea glass and shells that have been collected from the beach.

Is the sea glass real?

Yes — each piece of sea glass used is genuine and naturally weathered, making every item unique.

Will my jewellery look exactly like the photos?

Because many pieces use natural materials like sea glass, slight differences in colour, shape, and texture are normal and part of what makes each item one of a kind.

Is your jewelry waterproof?

I recommend removing jewellery before swimming, showering, or applying perfumes and lotions to help keep it in the best condition.

How do I care for my jewelry?

Store your jewellery in a dry place and clean gently with a soft cloth. Avoid prolonged contact with water, chemicals, or direct sunlight.
